PRIVACY POLICY

One. Explanation of terms

“Papa Logistic” is an enterprise-owned electronic communication platform that enables fast communication between customers and carriers using a mobile application.

1. “Organization” means a legal entity operating the Papa information system

2. “User” is an individual or legal entity who registers in the Papa information system and uses the system and receives its services

3. “Carrier” means a citizen or a legal entity who, at the request of the customer registered in the Papa information system, will safely and quickly deliver the goods to the point specified by him in his own vehicle.

4. “Consignor” citizens and legal entities who wish to transport their cargo registered in the Papa information system

5. “Consignee” is a citizen or legal entity who receives the cargo sent by the consignor

6. “Cargo” means the goods that the consignor intends to transport from point A to point

Two. Common ground

1. Thank you for accessing the Papa Logistic application. We, the user, respect your personal information, protect it within the limits of the law, and keep it strictly.

2. This Privacy Policy /hereinafter referred to as “document”/ is intended to inform you about what information is collected, used and stored by the Papa Logistic application (hereinafter referred to as “app”) and for what purpose.

3. This document has been prepared in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Information in force in Mongolia.

Three. Glossary of Terms

1. User is: an individual or an official organization who downloads the official smartphone version of the Papa Logistic application, creates an account and receives the cargo transportation services they need. /According to Article 4.1.5 of the Personal Information Protection Law, “owner of information” is understood/

2. Carrier: refers to an individual or organization that provides services to the users of the app by signing a contract for providing transport services for the Papa Logistic application.

Four. What is personal data?

1. The sensitive information of a person and the name of a person’s parents, his/her name, date of birth, place of birth, address of residence, location, civil registration number, assets, education, membership, electronic identifier, direct identification of a person and other information that can be indirectly identified or identified. /4.1.11 of the Law on Personal Data Protection/

Human sensitive information includes origin, race, religion, belief, health, correspondence, genetic and biometric information, private key of digital signature, conviction or not, sexual and gender orientation, expression, sexuality information about /4.1.12 of the Law on Personal Data Protection/

Five. What user information is collected and how?

To create a user account:

1. Phone number: Users log in with their phone number to create an account. Also, when using the app, the user must register their phone number, and this information cannot be identified directly or indirectly, so it does not belong to a person’s personal information.

While using the application:

* Location

When the user creates an order through the app, the location information of the carriers is obtained for the purpose of transmitting the shipment information and viewing the location. Also, the route traveled by the carrier is uploaded in the app so that it can be seen by the user. This information is personal information of the user.

The Papa Logistic application will only send a request for the location of the carrier’s mobile phone, and no location settings will be created on the shipper’s side.

* Home address and work address

The user can enter any address, home address, work address at his request after downloading the application on his phone, and this address will not be saved by the system. However, the address information is automatically closed when the carrier completes the shipment.

Six. For what purpose is user information used?

1. Phone number: Used by the carrier to contact the customer to pick up and deliver the cargo, and for additional clarifications.

2. When the transport is finished, the location will automatically turn off and become inactive.

Seven. How is user information protected?

1. We introduced “Secure Sockets Layer” in our operations and got it certified.

3. In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Information in force in Mongolia, Papa Logistic, as a data controller, undertakes not to use, protect and store personal information in a secure environment, and not to disclose it to third parties. In accordance with this duty, the “Procedure for Ensuring Information Security” is followed in its internal operations.

4. The user will not disclose your information to third parties unless required by a government authority.

Eight. Data Owner Consent

1. By downloading the Papa Logistic application, creating an account and sending the information, the user is deemed to have given permission to use the information. This is in accordance with Article 8, Section 8.4 of the Personal Information Protection Law.

Nine. Delete information

1. The user can send a request for data deletion to the email address [email protected]. The app will be deleted within 5 working days after receiving the data deletion request.

1. This document may be updated at any time and such updates will be indicated and notified by the “Update Date”.
